Planlife Trustee Services Ltd (acting in its capacity as trustee of the Nessa Goodman Pension Trust) of 38/39 Fitzwilliam Square West, Dublin 2, D02 NX53 assigned its entire limited partner interest in and ceased to be a limited partner of NTM Opportunistic Real Estate Partners II LP (registered number SL022669) to Planlife Trustee Services Ltd (acting in its capacity as trustee of the Nessa Goodman Personal Retirement Bond (PRB) (identification number Planlife Unit Trust 1071)) of 38/39 Fitzwilliam Square West, Dublin 2, D02 NX53 who was admitted as a limited partner of NTM Opportunistic Real Estate Partners II LP.
