Notice is hereby given that on 7 October 2025 a petition was presented to Hamilton Sheriff Court by United Trust Bank Limited, a company having a place of business at 1 Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 9AW, craving the Court inter alia to order that DPG PLUS LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (with company number SC247278) and having its registered office at 3 Albion Way, Kelvin Industrial Estate, East Kilbride, Glasgow G75 0YN (“the Company”), be wound up by the Court and that Alistair McAlinden and James Alexander Dewar, Insolvency Practitioners, both of Interpath Limited, 130 St Vincent Street, Glasgow G2 5HF be appointed as joint interim liquidators; and in which petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 14 October 2025 ordained the Company and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Hamilton within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; and in the meantime appointed the said Alistair McAlinden and James Alexander Dewar to be joint provisional liquidators of the Company and authorised them to exercise the powers in Parts I, II and III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, and in particular to exercise the power contained in paragraph 6 of Schedule 4 to the said Act; all of which Notice is hereby given.
