We, David Philip Soden (IP No. 15790) and Robert Scott Fishman (IP No. 24894) and Matthew Roe (IP No. 27436) all of Teneo Financial Advisory Limited, The Colmore Building, 20 Colmore Circus Queensway, Birmingham, B4 6AT were appointed as Joint Special Administrators of the above company on 1 April 2022.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to rules 175 and 305 of the Rules, that the Joint Special Administrators in this matter intend declaring a first and final dividend to non-preferential creditors. Such creditors are required on or before 10 November 2025, being the Last Date for Proving, to submit their proofs of debt to the undersigned David Philip Soden at Teneo Financial Advisory Limited, The Colmore Building, 20 Colmore Circus, Queensway, Birmingham, B4 6AT, and if so requested to provide such further details or produce such documentation or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Special Administrators to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt before the last date for proving is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he had not participated in it, any dividend subsequently declared.

The dividend will be declared within the period of two months from the Last Date for Proving.
