NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Petition was presented in the Court of Session by Innovate UK Loans Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (with company number 11220957) and having its registered office at Polaris House, North Star Avenue, Swinton, Wiltshire, United Kingdom, SN2 1FL on 10 October 2025, craving the Court inter alia to order that WOOTZANO LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (with company number SC597126) and having its registered office at Level 5, 9 Haymarket Square, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH3 8RY be wound up by the Court and to appoint Interim Liquidators; in which petition the Lord Ordinary by Interlocutor dated 14 October 2025 appoints any party claiming an interest in the Petition to lodge answers with the Court within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement.
