Notice is hereby given that on 2 October 2025 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by The Highland Council, a local authority having its head office at Glenurquhart Road, Inverness, IV3 5NX, craving the Court that Marchmont Homes Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at c/o CMM Accountancy, The Green House Beechwood Business Park North, Inverness, IV2 3BL (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition, Lord Lake by Interlocutor dated 3 October 2025 (case refence COS-P1011-25) appointed all persons having interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Petition Department, Court of Session, Parliament House, Parliament Square or by email at petitions@scotcourts.gov.uk within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
