Notice is hereby given that on 10th October 2025 a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by Newhaven 2020 Ltd (Company Number SC597186) craving the Court to order that Newhaven 2020 Ltd having their Registered Office at 227 West George Street Glasgow, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 2ND be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which petition the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 13th October 2025 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
