Hillingdon Council gives notice that it proposes to make these Orders to:

1. Install 'at any time' waiting restrictions in sections of roads as set out in the Schedule to this notice below.

2. Install blue badge disabled parking bays at the following locations:

i) Outside No. 48 Skipton Drive, Hayes

ii) Outside No. 4 St David Close, Cowley

iii) Outside No. 37 Barra Hall Road, Hayes

iv) Outside No. 120 Woolacombe Way, Hayes

v) Outside No. 70 Bishops Road, Hayes

vi) Opposite No. 10 Radnor Grove, Hillingdon

vii) Outside No. 169 / 171 Tolcarne Drive, Northwood Hills

viii) Outside No. 30 Brickett Close, Ruislip

ix) Northwest of Nos. 1116 and 1118 Uxbridge Road, Hayes

3. Remove the redundant blue badge disabled parking bays at the following locations:

i) Outside No. 32 Ashdown Road, Hillingdon in Radnor Grove.

ii) Outside No. 26 Flamborough Road, Ruislip

iii) Outside No. 25 Tudor Road, Hayes

4. Extend the operating times of the existing Zone HY8 Parking Management Scheme outside Nos. 149 to 171 Coldharbour Lane, Hayes to operate ‘Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm’.

5. Establish permit holder parking places in parts of Harold Avenue, Hayes with operational times of ‘Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm’ in which a vehicle may be left during the permitted hours if it displays a valid Zone HY2 permit.

6. Install waiting restrictions operational ‘Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm’ in sections of Harold Avenue, Hayes.

7. Remove a section of the Zone C1 permit holder parking place outside No. 41 St Peters Road, Cowley and replace with ‘Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm’ waiting restrictions.

8. Establish pay and display parking bays on Uxbridge Road, Hayes near Nos. 1092 to 1120, operational ‘Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm’ with charges as set out below.

9. Install sections of ‘Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm’ waiting restrictions on sections of Uxbridge Road, Hayes between Lansbury Drive and Park Road.

10. Formalise the existing dual use disabled parking and goods vehicle loading bay outside Nos. 14 to 18 Botwell Lane, Hayes.

First 10 visitors per household per annum are free then £1.42 per visitor thereafter

All above charges could be subject to change

RABOURNMEAD DRIVE, NORTHOLT – Extend the existing double yellow lines at the junction with Eastcote Lane, westwards to outside Nos. 1 to 4 Rabournmead Drive.

CHURCH WALK, HAYES – All of the adopted Highway of Church Walk southeast of the southeastern flank wall of Nos. 1 to 8 Herne Close.

THE UPLANDS, RUISLIP – Extend the existing double yellow lines outside No. 9 The Uplands to a distance of 15 metres from the eastern kerbline of College Drive.
