At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held on 13 October 2025, the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:
That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily.
That Neil Henry of Lines Henry Ltd, 5 Tabley Court, Victoria Street, Altrincham, Cheshire, WA14 1 EZ, be hereby appointed as Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding up and that the Liquidator is licensed by the Insolvency Practitioners Association in the United Kingdom.
By the Deemed Consent procedure pursuant to Section 246ZF of the Insolvency Act 1986 and under of Rule 6.14(2)(a) of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, the appointment of Neil Henry and was confirmed by the creditors on 13 October 2025.
