A Petition to wind up the above-named Company (registered no. 04673465) of Suite 501, Unit 2 94a Wycliffe Road, Northampton, NN1 5JF, presented on 16 September 2025 by the INFORMATION COMMISSIONER OF THE INFORMATION COMMISSIONER'S OFFICE, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF (the Petitioner), claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Fourth Floor, West Gate, 6 Grace Street, Leeds, LS1 2RP on 28 October 2025, at 10:00 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
