A Petition to wind-up the above-named Company of 227 Hylton Road, Millfield, Sunderland, Tyne and Wear, SR4 7XA, which was presented to Sunderland County Court on 15 August 2025 by the COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SUNDERLAND, City Hall, Plater Way, Sunderland, Tyne and Wear, SR1 3AA claiming to be Creditors of the Company, will be heard at Sunderland County Court, Family, Magistrates’ and Tribunal Hearings Centre, Gillbridge Avenue, Sunderland, Tyne and Wear, SR1 3AP on Monday, 27 October 2025 at 2:00pm, or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard by the Court.
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition, (whether to support, or oppose the Petition), must give notice of the intention to do so to the Petitioner, or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 by 4.00pm on Friday, 24 October 2025.
