Notice is hereby given that on 23 September 2025 a petition was presented to the Court of Session at Edinburgh by J.P. MORGAN EUROPE LIMITED, ​a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Registered Number 00938937) and having its registered office at 25 Bank Street, Canary Wharf, London E14 5JP, acting as depositary of FIDELITY UK REAL ESTATE FUND for, inter alia, an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up VIVA ITALIA LTD, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (with company registration number SC258297) and having its registered office at Old Bank Chambers, 44 Civic Square, Motherwell ML1 1TP and to appoint joint Interim Liquidators; in which petition Lord Lake, by interlocutor dated 2 October 2025, appointed the petition to be advertised once in each of the Edinburgh Gazette and the Metro newspapers and appointed any persons claiming an interest, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto, if so advised, within eight days after such intimation and advertisement.
