Notice is hereby given that I, L Moss , Official Receiver and Liquidatorof RWO (Marine Equipment) Limited, intend to declare a First Dividend of 4.38p/£ regarding the preferential creditor claims admitted for distribution/dividend purposes in the above referenced liquidation estate, within a period of two months from 12/11/2025.

Preferential creditors intending to have their claims taken into consideration in the abovementioned dividend process must submit their formal claims to me by the above-mentioned last date for proving at the address stated below, failing which they will be excluded from the dividend.
