Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given in respect of West Street European Infrastructure Partners III, L.P. (the “Partnership”) that on 10 October 2025, Broad Street Infrastructure Advisors III, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, ceases to be general partner of the Partnership and becomes a limited partner in the Partnership; and simultaneously, West Street Infrastructure Advisors III LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, is appointed as general partner of the Partnership.
