NOTICE is hereby given that on 1st October 2025 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Eagle Plant Hire Limited, craving the court inter alia that Eagle Plant Hire Limited, Company Number SC258379, having its’ registered office at Unit 5, Dryden Place, Bilston Glen Industrial Estate, Loanhead EH20 9HP be wound up by the court and that joint interim Liquidators be appointed, and in the meantime that David McGinness and Judith Howson, AAB Business & Tax Advisory LLP be appointed as joint Provisional Liquidators of the said Company, in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by Interlocutor dated 6th October 2025 duly appointed the said David McGinness and Judith Howson as liquidators of the Company and appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Edinburgh Sheriff Court, by email to edinburghcommercial@scotcourts.gov.uk within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; of which notice is hereby given.
