Notice is hereby given that on 25 September 2025 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Lanark by Buckhurst Plant Hire Limited, C/O Pm+M First Floor Sandringham House Hollins Brook Park, Pilsworth Road, Bury, Lancashire, BL9 8RN, craving the Court inter alia that Painhas Energy Ltd, a private Limited Company (Company No. SC704304) having its Registered Office at Reception Office - Powerline Industrial Estate, Roadmeetings, Carluke, Scotland, ML8 4QG (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at the Sheriff Court at Lanark by interlocutor dated 25 September 2025; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Lanark within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
