A petition to wind up the above named company having its registered office at Units 1 & 2 Field View Baynards Business Park, Baynards Green, Bicester, Oxfordshire, United Kingdom, OX27 7SG, presented on 29 August 2025, by Oliver Ashworth Limited T/A Ashworth of Mill Hill Street, Bolton, Greater Manchester, BL2 2AB, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts, Insolvency and Companies (ChD), 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 15 October 2025, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
