NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to Rule 14.28 and 14.29 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016, that the Liquidator of the above-named Company, which entered creditors voluntary liquidation on 6 August 2018, intends to make a first and final dividend to preferential and non- preferential unsecured creditors within two months from the last date to claim, detailed below.

Creditors of the Company are required, on or before FRIDAY 31st October 2025 (the last date to claim), to prove their debts by delivering their proofs (in the format specified in Rule 14.4 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016), to the Liquidator at Bridgewood Financial Solutions Ltd, Cumberland House, 35 Park Row, Nottingham, NG1 6EE. If so required by notice from the Liquidator, creditors must produce any document or other evidence which the Liquidator considers is necessary, to substantiate the whole or any part of a claim.
