Notice is hereby given that by resolution of the above-named Society on 06 October 2025, the Society was placed into Creditors Voluntary Liquidation and that Gareth McGonigle of Garma Advisory Limited, 5th Floor, Metro Building, 6 - 9 Donegall Square South, Belfast, BT1 5JA was appointed as Liquidator.
Creditors of the Society are required, on or before 14 November 2025, to send their full names, addresses and particulars of their debts or claims to Gareth McGonigle of Garma Advisory Limited, 5th Floor, Metro Building, 6 - 9 Donegall Square South, Belfast, BT1 5JA, the Liquidator of the said Sompany and if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt before the declaration of any dividend is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the distribution of that dividend or any other dividend declared before his debt was proved.
