NOTICE IS GIVEN by Matthew Douglas Hardy that a decision is to be sought from the creditors of the above-named Company to form a Liquidation Committee, and if one is not formed, to fix the basis of the Liquidator remuneration.
In order for their votes to be counted creditors must submit their completed voting form so that it is received at Poppleton & Appleby, The Silverworks, 67-71 Northwood Street, Birmingham, B3 1TX by no later than 12:00 on 23 October 2025, the decision date. It must be accompanied by proof of their debt, (if not already lodged). Failure to do so will lead to their vote(s) being disregarded.
