A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Terrington House, 13-15 Hills Road, Cambridge, England, CB2 1NL, presented on 3 September 2025, by Ian Shepherd of Unit 159116, PO Box 6945, London, W1A 6US (“the Petitioner”) claiming to be a creditor of the Company, will be heard at the County Court at Cambridge (Peterborough District Registry), Combined Court Centre, Crown Buildings, Rivergate, Peterborough, PE1 1EJ on 21 October 2025 at 2pm.
The hearing will proceed as a hybrid hearing:
