The notice published in the London Gazette on 3rd October 2025 regarding winding up proceedings in relation to the company named above is hereby retracted in its entirety.

An agreement had already been reached to the Petitioners satisfaction between the parties prior to publication, however the notice was subsequently published due to an administrative error.

Accordingly, the said advertisement is hereby retracted and should be disregarded.
