Notice is hereby given that on 19 September 2025 a petition was presented to Hamilton Sheriff Court on behalf of CAFE BY THE LANE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registration number SC758275) and having its registered office 70 Main Street, Wishaw, Scotland, ML2 7AB (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia to wind-up the Company and appoint Joint Interim Liquidators; in which Petition the Sheriff by First Deliverance dated 22 September 2025 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, and in, in the meantime, appointed James Bernard Stephen and Simon Edward Jex Girling, Insolvency Practitioners of BDO LLP, 2 Atlantic Quay, 31 York Street, Glasgow, G2 8NJ to be joint provisional liquidators of the Company; all of which notice is hereby given.
