Notice is hereby given that on 30 September 2025 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Lanark by Edward Rooney and Declan Todd Rooney craving the Court that Kaimend Developments Limited (Company Number: SC631020) and having its registered office at 23 Jerviswood Drive, Cleghorn, Lanark, South Lanarkshire, Scotland, ML11 7RT be wound up and an interim liquidator be appointed.  By interlocutor dated 1 October 2025, the Sheriff appointed any interested persons, who intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Lanark Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement.
