Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.18 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016. It is delivered by the Liquidator of the Company, Matthew Dix, of Wilkin Chapman Rollits, Cartergate House, 26 Chantry Lane, Grimsby, DN31 2LJ, who was appointed by the creditors, that creditors are invited to vote by correspondence on the following: “That Matthew Dix, the liquidator of the Company, be removed as liquidator of the Company pursuant to section 171(2)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986, and Andrew Fender and Sandra Fender, of Sanderlings LLP, Sanderling House, Springbrook Lane, Earlswood, B94 5SG be appointed as joint liquidators of the Company.”

Any creditor entitled to attend and vote in this decision must do so by contacting the convener and requesting the relevant documentation to complete.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, a creditor will not be entitled to vote unless his written statement of claim, (‘proof’), which clearly sets out the name and address of the creditor and the amount claimed, has been lodged and admitted for voting purposes. Proofs must be delivered by 23:59 on the decision date.

Unless they surrender their security, secured creditors must give particulars of their security, the date when it was given and the estimated value at which it is assessed if they wish to vote.
