NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Rule 106(1) of the Companies (Winding Up) Rules 1934, that an Meeting of Creditors of the above named Company will be held 6th Floor, Victory House, Prospect Hill, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1EQ on 10 October 2025 at 2pm for the purpose of determining if the liquidator shall enter into a compromise agreement pursuant to S184(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1931, and, if thought fit, providing sanction to the liquidator not to conduct more detailed investigations in the liquidation of the Company.

Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged at 6th Floor, Victory House, Prospect Hill, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1EQ no later than 4pm on the 9 October 2025.
