Notice is hereby given that on 24th September a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Inverness Sheriff Court by Peter Sandringham, The Old Courtyard, 11 Lower Cookham Road, Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6 9JN craving the Court inter alia to order that PNL Accounting Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (company number SC249201) and having its registered office at Accountants, Strath Bay House, Gairloch, Ross-Shire, IV21 2BP (“the company”) be wound up under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986 and to appoint Donald Iain McNaught, Insolvency Practitioner of Johnston Carmichael LLP, 227 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2ND as Interim Liquidator of the company; and that in the meantime Donald Iain McNaught be appointed Provisional Liquidator of the company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Inverness by Interlocutor of 25th September 2025 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Inverness Sheriff Court, The Inverness Justice Centre, Longman Road, Inverness, IV11AH within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; and appointed the said Donald Iain McNaught to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company with inter alia the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part 2 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
