By Written Resolution of the Members of the above-named Company dated 22 September 2025 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a (1) Special Resolution and as an (2&3) Ordinary Resolutions:
1. That it has been proved that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and it is advisable to wind up the same and, accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily.
2. That Howard Smith of Interpath Limited, 4th Floor, Tailors Corner, Thirsk Row, Leeds, LS1 4DP and Richard John Harrison of Interpath Limited, 10th Floor, 1 Marsden Street, Manchester, M2 1HW be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of its voluntary winding up.
3. That anything required or authorised to be done by the Joint Liquidators be done by both or either of them.
At the subsequent Decision of Creditors held on 22 September 2025 the appointment of Howard Smith and Richard John Harrison as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
