A petition to wind up the above named company having its registered office at Lodges Wood Oast, Goodley Stock Road, Westerham, TN16 1TW, presented on 10 September 2025, by SANTANDER UK PLC of 2 Triton Square, Regent’s Place, London, NW1 3AN, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Fourth Floor, West Gate, 6 Grace Street, Leeds, LS1 2RP on 28 October 2025, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the petition or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 4 pm on 27 October 2025.
