Notice is hereby given that on 18 September 2025 a petition was presented to Paisley Sheriff Court on behalf of Glasgow Secretarial Services Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registration number SC074766) and having its registered office at 6 New Street, Paisley PA1 1XY (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia to wind-up the Company and appoint an Interim Liquidator; in which Petition the Sheriff by First Deliverance dated 19 September 2025 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, and, in the meantime, appointed Colin Murdoch, Insolvency Practitioner of Murray Stewart Fraser Limited, 2/2, 2 Lyle Buildings, Lochwinnoch Road, Kilmacolm PA13 4LE to be provisional liquidator of the Company; all of which notice is hereby given
