Notice is hereby given that on 15 September 2025 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Airdrie by Moira Bain and Yvonne Wilson, craving the Court for an order that Azzurro Limited, a company registered under the Companies Act under company number SC053537 and having its registered office at Unit 32, Brownsburn Industrial Estate, Brownsburn Road, Airdrie, ML6 9SE, be wound up by the Court under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986, and by first deliverance dated 16 September 2025, the Sheriff appointed a copy of the Petition and first deliverance to be advertised on the walls of the Sheriff Court at Airdrie and appointed notice of the import of the Petition and the deliverance to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and the Metro newspaper; and the Sheriff further appointed Donald Iain McNaught of Johnston Carmichael LLP, 227 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2ND to be provisional liquidator of the said company and authorised them to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 until further order of court; and ordained any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Airdrie within eight days after advertisement; of all of which notice is hereby given.
