NOTICE OF PETITION Take notice that a bankruptcy petition has been presented against you in this Court on 12 May 2025 (the "Petition") by ASSETZ CAPITAL TRUST COMPANY LIMITED and the Court has ordered on 4 September 2025 that following service by email to the addresses specified within their Order of the same date and advertisement of the Petition in The London Gazette, this shall be deemed to be good and sufficient service of the Petition.

The Petition will be heard at this Court on 7 October 2025 at 10:30am (or as soon as possible thereafter) at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL.
