NOTICE IS GIVEN by Andrew Duncan and James Alexander Snowdon that a decision is to be sought from the creditors of the above-named Company at a physical meeting to be held at 2 London Wall Place, London, EC2Y 5AU on 26 September 2025 at 2.30 pm. The purpose of the physical meeting is to agree the appointment of the Joint Liquidators’ of the Company.
