We, Stephen Katz (IP No. 8681) and Asher Miller (IP No. 9251) both of Begbies Traynor (London) LLP, Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, London, N12 8LY were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 3 March 2025.

The Joint Liquidators intend to declare and distribute a dividend to unsecured creditors of the Company. It is their intention to make a distribution within two months from the last date for proving, which is 20 October 2025 (“the last date for proving”). The creditors of the Company who, not already having done so, are required on or before the last date for proving to deliver their proofs of debt to the Joint Liquidators, whose contact details are below.
