A petition to wind up the above named company having its registered office at Sebm, Union Street, Coventry, Kent, CV1 2NT, presented on 22 August 2025, by GALAXY INSULATION AND DRY LINING LIMITED OF MBP4, Meadowhall Business Park, Carbrook Hall Road, Sheffield, S9 2EQ, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts, Insolvency and Companies (ChD), 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 8 October 2025, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
