A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, BRICKS GROUP HOLDINGS LIMITED (Company Number 13993870) of 167/169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, Greater London, England, W1W 5PF (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is 64209 – Activities of other holding companies not elsewhere classified, presented on 29 August 2025, at 12:05 by BRICKS SAS of Appt 5, 264 Rue de L’espérou, 34090 Montpellier (the "Petitioner") claiming to be a creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on 15 October 2025, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or to their Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, SI 2016/1024 by 16:00 hours on 14 October 2025.
