Notice is hereby given that a meeting of creditors and customers of the LLP is to be held at the offices of Bird & Bird LLP, 12 New Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1JP on 26 September 2025 at 10.00 am for the purposes of considering and if thought approving the following proposed decisions: 1. For the approval of the Joint Special Administrators' proposals; and 2. That a Creditors’ Committee is not established.

If a Creditors’ Committee is not formed, the following resolutions will be voted on by the customers and creditors: 3. For the Joint Special Administrators’ remuneration to be drawn on the basis of time properly given by them and the various grades of their staff in accordance with the chargeout rates prevailing at the time the work is undertaken, unless and until a Creditors’ Committee determines that the basis should be changed; 4. that mileage can be recharged at the HMRC approved mileage rate prevailing at the time the milage was incurred; and 5. for the unpaid pre-appointment fees and expenses to be paid as an expense of the Special Administration.

A creditor or customer is only entitled to vote if details in writing of the debt or relevant funds claim (as applicable) have been given to the Joint Special Administrators not later than midday on 25 September 2025, being the business day before the day fixed for the meeting, and such debt or relevant funds claim (as applicable) has been duly admitted under Rules 52 or 56 of the Rules, and any proxy which is intended to be used is lodged with the Joint Special Administrators prior to this advertised meeting.
