A Petition to wind up the above-named company of WML Contracting Services Limited (10874559) of Unit 6, Willow Road, Castle Donnington, Derby DE74 2NP, whose nature of business is Construction of utility projects for electricity and telecommunications, presented on Monday 04 August 2025, at 10:00 by ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR UK LIMITED, of Enterprise House, Vicarage Road, Egham TW20 9FB claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, West Gate, 6 Grace Street, Leeds LS1 2RP on Tuesday 23 September 2025, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
