We, Chris Latos (IP No. 9399) and Tom D'Arcy (IP No. 10852) both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 26 Stroudley Road, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 4BH were appointed as Joint Administrators of the Company on 4 August 2025.

Please note a meeting of the Company's creditors will be held as a virtual meeting on 3 October 2025 at 11.00 am. Chris Latos, is the convenver of the meeting ("the Convener"). Details of how to access the virtual meeting are included in the notice delivered to creditors. If any creditor has not received this notice or requires further information please contact the Joint Administrators using the details below.

The purpose of the meeting is for creditors to consider a decision on the approval of the administrator's proposals, and if the creditors think fit, to appoint a liquidation committee.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting (either in person or by proxy), creditors must have submitted a proof in respect of their claim (unless a proof has already been submitted) to the Convener via the contact details below, by no later than 4.00 pm on 2 October 2025.

Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to do so either in person or by proxy. If you cannot attend and wish to be represented at the meeting, a completed proxy form must be delivered to the Convener via the contact details below, prior to the meeting.
