At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held on 26 August 2025 the following Resolutions were duly passed:
“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Charlotte Jobling and Avner Radomsky, both of RG Insolvency, Devonshire House, Manor Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire WD6 1QQ, (IP Nos: 29192 and 12290) be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.” The appointment of Charlotte Jobling and Avner Radomsky of RG Insolvency, Devonshire House, Manor Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire WD6 1QQ, as Joint Liquidators was confirmed by the creditors on the same day.
