Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at the Silverbirch Hotel, 5 Gortin Road, Omagh, BT79 7DH on 22 September 2025 AT 12.00 noon for the purposes mentioned in Articles 85 to 87 of the said Order.

A list of the names and addresses of the company's creditors may be inspected free of charge at the offices of Sterritt Business Advisory, 89 Hillsborough Road, Carryduff, Belfast, BT8 8HT, between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm on the two business days prior to this meeting.

Proofs may be lodged at any time prior to voting at the creditors meeting.

The resolutions to be passed at the meeting of creditors will include a resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated and may also include a resolution approving the costs associated with preparing the Statement of Affairs and convening the meeting of creditors.
