Notice is hereby given that on 2 September 2025 a petition was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Anna Atwal care of Melbarry Accountants, 30/5 Hardengreen Industrial Estate, Dalkeith, Midlothian, Scotland, EH22 3NX for an order to wind up Design Maven Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC682829) and having its registered office at care of Melbarry Accountants, 30/5 Hardengreen Industrial Estate, Dalkeith, Midlothian, Scotland, EH22 3NX in terms of section 122 of the Insolvency Act 1986; and for the appointment of provisional liquidator, being Kevin Mapstone of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, trading as Begbies Traynor, Offices 302b Spaces Lochrin Square, 1 Lochrin Square, 92-96 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, EH3 9QA, qualified Insolvency practitioner, to be provisional liquidator of the said company and authorises him to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986.

Sheriff Campbell, by interlocutor dated 2 September 2025, appointed inter alia the petition to be advertised once in each of the Edinburgh Gazette and the Metro newspapers and allowed Design Maven Ltd, and any other persons claiming an interest to lodge answers thereto, if so advised, by email to edinburghcommercial@scotcourts.gov.uk within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement of the petition.
