A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Dincer Logistics Limited (13347745) of Unit A-b-c, Monro Industrial Estate, Waltham Cross, London EN8 7LX, whose nature of business is 52103- Operation of warehousing and storage facilities for land transport activities, presented on Monday 18 August 2025, at 10:00 by ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR UK LIMITED, of Enterprise House, Vicarage Road, Egham TW20 9FB claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Fourth Floor, West Gate, 6 Grace Street, Leeds LS1 2RP on Tuesday 14 October 2025, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
