NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016, that the Joint Liquidators of the above named Company, which was wound up voluntarily on 8 September 2025, intend to make a first and final dividend to creditors.
Creditors of the Company are required, on or before 9 October 2025, to prove their debts by delivering their proofs (in the format specified in Rule 14.4 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016, to the Joint Liquidators at Bridgewood Financial Solutions Ltd, Cumberland House, 35 Park Row, Nottingham, NG1 6EE. If so required by notice from the Joint Liquidators, creditors must produce any document or other evidence which the Joint Liquidators consider is necessary, to substantiate the whole or any part of a claim.
