A Petition to wind up the above-named company of 4th Floor, St. James House, St. James Square, Cheltenham, GL50 3PR presented on 20 June 2025 by WOODLANDS MILTON LIMITED, Craigmuir Chambers, Road Town, Tortola, Virgin Islands, British, VG1110 and c/o Amity Partners Sarl, 118 Rue Du Rhone, 1204 Geneva, Switzerland, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard in the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Bristol, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), Bristol Civil and Family Justice Centre, 2 Redcliff Street, Bristol, BS1 6GR on 23 September 2025 at 12:45 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear at the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner and/or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 of the Insolvency Rules (England and Wales) 2016 by 16:00 hours on Monday, 22 September 2025.
