“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Debi Harvey (IP No. 12150) of Harveys Insolvency & Turnaround Limited, 2 Old Bath Road, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 1QL be appointed as Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up.”

At a subsequent meeting held on the same day, the Creditors appointed Richard Bloomfield (IP No. 28390) and Christopher McKay (IP No. 9466) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 2nd Floor, Dencora Court, 2 Meridian Way, Norwich, NR7 0TA as Joint Liquidators of the Company to replace Debi Harvey (IP No. 12150) of Harveys, 2 Old Bath Road, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 1QL.
