Notice is given pursuant to section 226(1) of the Isle of Man Companies Act 1931, that a Meeting of Creditors will be held at 6th Floor, Victory House, Prospect Hill, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1EQ on 15 September 2025 at 11:15am for the purpose of having a full statement of the position of the Company’s affairs, together with a list of creditors and an estimated amount of their claims, laid before them and for the purpose, if thought fit, of resolving that Gordon Wilson of FRP Advisory (Isle of Man) Ltd and Shaun Hudson of FRP Advisory Trading Limited be appointed Joint Liquidators and, if thought fit, that there shall be no Committee of Inspection. Proxies to be used at the meeting are available from FRP Advisory (Isle of Man) Ltd and must be lodged no later than 4:00pm on 12 September 2025 by post or email.
