Notice is hereby given by the Joint Liquidators, Andrew Andronikou and Michael Kiely of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 7th Floor, 20 St Andrew Street, London, EC4A 3AG, (telephone number 02038 566 720), pursuant to Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that we intend to declare an interim dividend to the unsecured creditors of the Company within 2 months of the last date for proving set out below.

The creditors of the Company are required, on or before 30 September 2025 (“the last date for proving”), to prove their debts by sending to the undersigned, Andrew Andronikou of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 7th Floor, 20 St Andrew Street, London, EC4A 3AG, the Joint Liquidator of the Company, written statements of the amounts they claim to be due to them from the Company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence as may appear to the liquidator to be necessary.

A creditor who has not proved this debt before the declaration of any dividend is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the distribution of that dividend or any other dividend declared before his debt was proved.
