NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Director of the Company is convening a physical meeting of creditors to be held at Hoefield House, Church Lane, The Leigh, Gloucester GL19 4AD on 12 September 2025 at 11.30am, for the purpose of deciding on the nomination of a liquidator and whether to establish a Liquidation Committee.

In the event no Liquidation Committee is established, other resolutions will be put to the meeting to determine the basis of the nominated Liquidator`s remuneration, drawing of pre appointment fees and expenses and authorisation of the drawing of category 2 disbursements.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver proxies and proofs, preferably by email to rachel@smartins.co.uk or by post to Smart Insolvency Limited, Unit 6 Link Business Centre, Link Way, Worcestershire WR14 1UQ by 16:00 on the business day before the meeting. Creditors must deliver their proxy by no later than the commencement of the meeting.
