Notice is hereby given that on 1 September 2025 a petition was presented to Inverness Sheriff Court on behalf of CORPORATEHEALTH INTERNATIONAL UK LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registration number SC553316) and having its registered office at Life Science Innovation Centre, Suite F11, Inverness Campus, Inverness IV2 5NA (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia to wind-up the Company and appoint Joint Interim Liquidators; in which Petition the Sheriff by First Deliverance dated 2 September 2025 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, and, in the meantime, appointed David McGinness and Judith Howson, Insolvency Practitioners of AAB Business & Tax Advisory LLP, Kingshill View, Prime Four Business Park, Kingswells, Aberdeen, UK, AB15 8PU to be joint provisional liquidators of the Company; all of which notice is hereby given
