Notice is hereby given that on 20 August 2025, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Selkirk by Charles David Marjoribanks and William Scott Marjoribanks, the directors of WM Marjoribanks Ltd. craving the Court inter alia that WM Marjoribanks Ltd., a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (with company number SC175863) and having its registered office formerly at Rosebank, Main Street, St. Boswells, Melrose, Roxburghshire, TD6 0AU and now at Titanium 1 Kings Inch Place Renfrew PA4 8WF be wound up by the Court and that Blair Milne and James Fennessey both of Azets Holdings Ltd, Titanium 1, King’s Inch Place, Renfrew, PA4 8WF or such other person as the Court may see fit, to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of WM Marjoribanks Ltd.

In which Petition, Sheriff Paterson by Interlocutor dated 27 August 2025, appointed a copy of the Petition and the Interlocutor to be intimated on the walls of the Sheriff Court at Selkirk and a like copy to be served upon the said WM Marjoribanks Ltd. and to be advertised once in each of the Metro newspaper and the Edinburgh Gazette; and appointed the said WM Marjoribanks Ltd. and any other party claiming an interest, to lodge answers thereto, by email to selkirk@scotcourts.gov.uk within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; and in the meantime, appointed the said Blair Milne and James Fennessey both of Azets Holdings Ltd., Titanium 1, King’s Inch Place, Renfrew, PA4 8WF to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of WM Marjoribanks Ltd.; authorises such Joint Provisional Liquidators to exercise the powers contained in section 169 and Parts I, II and III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, without further intervention by the Court; all of which notice is hereby given; all of which notice is hereby given.
